At 38 years I decided I was overweight and it was time to undertake a weightloss process. Note I say process, not program or diet! So much of what was on offer did not fit my lifestyle, so I carved out my own way. I hope the tips here inspire you to lose weight in your own way. I lost 16 kg in 12 months!
